Avi Legmann joined Onset Technology in November 2009. Prior to joining Onset, Mr. Legmann served in several executive positions including CEO at Jay-Young Company and founder and business leader of Quarry Technologies (known today as Reef Point Systems). Prior to Quarry, he was Vice President and Partner at the venture firm Beacon Telco, where he focused on investments in telecommunications. Before that Avi was Vice President of Business Development and Marketing at Elron TeleSoft, where he managed the creation of a U.S. beachhead, developed worldwide strategic alliances and business partnerships and led the transition from a services business to a product-based company. Previously, as Director of Strategic Alliances at BBN/GTE, he headed business development for the systems and technologies networking unit, which led to the commercialization of technologies through major strategic alliances and company spinouts. He received a BS in Engineering from Technion Israel and an MBA from Boston University.

Judit Sharon Chief Financial Officer Ms. Sharon joined Onset Technology in 2009 to direct and manage worldwide finance and operations. Ms Sharon brings over 20 years of comprehensive financial experience in both small and large companies. Prior to joining Onset, Ms. Sharon served as Sr. Manager of Business Strategy & Operation at EMC. Prior to EMC, Ms. Sharon served as Controller/CFO at ProActivity Inc. Overseeing all aspects of financial operations, both domestically and internationally, Ms. Sharon was deeply involved in, and oversaw the entire due-diligence process during the acquisition of ProActivity by EMC. Prior to ProActivity, Ms. Sharon held several financial positions at PA Company Inc. and Pennsylvania Company Inc. both in the apparel industry culminating with the Controller position. Ms. Sharon holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from Haifa University, and a MS in Finance from Bentley College

Yoram Goren Vice President of Research and Development Mr. Goren joined Onset Technology in August 2009. He is responsible for the research, development and quality assurance of Onset Technology’s range of products and is the General Manager of Onset's Israeli operations. Prior to joining Onset Technology, Mr. Goren served as System Architect in RSA (the security division of EMC), where he was responsible for the architecture of the current and future products of the Israeli unit of RSA, as well as technical partnerships with other units within RSA and external companies. Prior to his tenure at RSA, Mr. Goren held research and development leadership roles for a number of technology companies, including Kidaro (acquired by Microsoft), Port Authority (acquired by Websense), Sphera (acquired by Parallels), and NCC (acquired by Elbit). Mr. Goren is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics, Computers and Mathematics from the Hebrew University and a M.Sc. in Computer Science from Bar Ilan University.
